Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Portraits to Pages store and your purchase of our personalized digital coloring books.

Personalized service
Each order is created from the photos you submit. You are responsible for providing complete, clear photos and for choosing the package that matches your number of photos.

Your photo uploads
By placing an order and uploading photos, you confirm that you own the photos or have permission from everyone with rights in them to use the photos for this personalized order. You grant Portraits to Pages a limited permission to process those photos solely to create and deliver your order.

AI-assisted artwork
We use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process. The final artwork may include reasonable variation in style, line weight, and detail. It is not a pixel-perfect copy of the submitted photograph, and artistic preference alone is not a defect when the result reasonably reflects the photos submitted.

Production and delivery
Production begins after all required photos are received. Our target turnaround is 3–5 business days. Your finished personalized coloring book is a digital PDF delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.

Order issues
For clear production errors, material defects, or results that do not reasonably reflect the photos submitted, we will first offer a remake. If we cannot make it right after a remake attempt, we will issue a refund. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the updated terms.
