Return and Refund Policy

Portraits to Pages creates personalized digital coloring books from the photos you provide.

Production timeline
Our goal is to complete your personalized coloring book within 3–5 business days after we receive all required photos. Production begins once your complete photo upload is received.

Personalized digital orders
Because each book is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind after production begins, except where required by applicable law.

Remake-then-refund promise
If your delivered coloring book contains a clear production error, material defect, or does not reasonably reflect the photos you submitted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at mikitobb@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and offer a remake as the first resolution. If we cannot make it right after a remake attempt, we will issue a refund.

AI-assisted artwork
AI-assisted artwork involves reasonable creative variation in style, line weight, and detail. We do not guarantee pixel-perfect reproduction, unlimited revisions, or refunds solely because a customer prefers a different artistic style when the result reasonably reflects the submitted photos.
